These terms apply to your use of moverscore.com, operated by MoverScore (“MoverScore,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What MoverScore is

MoverScore is an information and advertising service. We publish information from public FMCSA records about moving companies, offer a cost estimate tool, and pass consumer quote requests to participating movers. MoverScore is not a moving company. We do not transport goods, arrange or book moves, give binding prices, or accept payment for moves.

2. Information on the site

Mover profiles and “check your mover” results are based on public data that may be incomplete or out of date. Green, amber, and red summaries are factual indicators only. They are not ratings, endorsements, or guarantees. Always verify a mover with FMCSA before hiring, using the FMCSA mover search and FMCSA Licensing & Insurance.

3. Cost estimates

Calculator results are rough estimates based on published averages. They are not quotes or offers.

4. Quote requests

When you submit a request with consent, you allow us to share it with up to 3 movers named on the form. Movers contact you by text or email. Any agreement for a move is between you and the mover. MoverScore is not responsible for a mover’s services, prices, conduct, or claims. FMCSA’s Protect Your Move explains your rights when moving.

5. Movers

Movers may request a correction or submit a written reply to their profile by emailing cs@moverscore.com. Paid listings and quote requests for movers are covered by separate mover terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false requests, scrape the site, send spam, or misuse the site in any other way.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoverScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any mover’s services.

8. Governing law

The governing law for these terms is to be updated.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
