This policy explains how MoverScore (“MoverScore,” “we,” “us”) handles information on moverscore.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, mobile number, move ZIP codes, move date, home size, extras, notes, and your consent choices.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, and cookies, through tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.
Mover information: public FMCSA records about moving companies. This is business information, not consumer information.

To send your quote request to the movers you select and to show cost estimates.
To keep a record of your consent, including the date and time, IP address, and the consent text shown to you.
To answer your messages, prevent spam and fraud (for example with hCaptcha), and improve the site.

With movers you select: When you submit a quote request and give consent, we share your request, name, email, and mobile number with up to 3 movers named on the form. Movers pay MoverScore for these requests. Each mover then handles your information under its own privacy policy.
With service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, form, email, text messaging, analytics, and chat providers.
For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

We do not share your quote request with any mover you did not consent to on the form.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Email cs@moverscore.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. If your request was already sent to movers, you may also need to contact those movers directly.

We keep quote requests and consent records for 12 months, then delete or anonymize them.

MoverScore is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
